Build your body six pack

Physical exercise is a main part for a healthy body. Everybody wants a six pack abdomen, but very little of people get it by regular physical exercise. It is possible, if your mind towards it. But you will need a full instruction to perform physical exercise in regularly. So, I have provided with you 4 helpful physical exercise processes here with clearly.

Full Sit 

Lie down long. Fold the legs. Then put the hands on the chest. Keep the legs and waist on the ground and take the body forward. Then Take the body to the ground. Again take the body to the front. Then take the body to the ground. By this way move your body front and back side


Reverse 

Lie down long. Take the hand behind your head. Fold the legs. Try to touch your both knees with chest. Now take your legs in previous position. Again try to touch your both knees with chest. Now you keep going on ups and down slowly.

Straight Arm Modified
Lie down long. Keep your hands straight. Keep your legs and waist on the ground and lift your body up. Keep the body on the ground. Again Keep your legs and waist on the ground and lift your body up. Now you keep going on ups and down slowly.

Belly Blaster

Stand up straight. Keep your body on the elbow. Straight your legs and get the mass. Take your mass legs and waist as well as up your waist. Then get down your waist on the ground. Again up your waist. Then again down your waist until ground. By this way move your waist up and down slowly.

You can perform any one of these exercises to keep your body fit. Anyone who will take regular exercise at least 30-40 minutes is enough for him and he get a nice body shape.
